We acknowledge that every actor within the construction process—from design to project execution—assumes their role responsibly and respects the functions of other participants. Arkowood’s responsibility, as a distributor, is limited to supplying the panels ordered by the client. The selection of the appropriate product for a specific project, as well as its correct application and combination with other materials, is the sole responsibility of the professionals in charge of the work.

Arkowood does not participate in the construction of buildings, nor does it possess knowledge of the complete structural design of projects or the local regulations applicable in each case.

The use of Arkowood products, including their integration with other materials, must be carried out in strict compliance with the applicable laws, regulations, codes, and local standards. Therefore, we always recommend consulting specialized professionals for the selection, purchase, and application of our products.

Arkowood does not act as a designer, installer, or contractor and, therefore, is not in a position to issue warranties or provide advice regarding regulatory compliance, beyond the inherent warranty of its products.

The viewing angle also affects color perception. Metallics panels have a surface whose color may change depending on the viewing direction. The specified color stability and color specifications refer only to the decorative surface of Arkowood products, not to the core material or product samples. Arkowood products are delivered ex-works, with straight-cut edges.
